Hannah Turns 5

I can't believe this little beauty is 5! She is our ball of emotions, happy and sad. She is the best little helper and loves things to look beautiful. I adore this little girl!
We don't let our kids have a real party until they're 5. Then we think we'll do 8 and 12. We'll see. Hannah was so excited for her Flower Party! She is still obsessed with flowers!
She helped put the heart sprinkles on her cake!
The girls each decorated their own petal for "Pin the Petal on the Flower". Then we decorated flower pots with horrible foam stickers that didn't even stick. Then we took them outside and let them plant their own flower and water them. They loved it!
Blowing out the candles.
Worst lighting ever but here is Hannah and all her little friends!

Mother's Day Catch Up

It's a privilege to be a Mom. I love these little ones more than words. It's a crazy life just trying to keep them all clothed, fed and their fingernails at a decent length, but I would not trade it for anything in the world.
I uploaded my iphone pictures and in honor of Mother's Day I'm posting some of my favorites from the uploads.
Easter egg hunting. There's no secret Easter Bunny. We locked them all in a room and told them not to peak as we hid the eggs. Still just as fun!
A random day at the park when Lucy was 13 months old.
An awesome Frozen birthday party!
I have to document this. Lucy went through a 4 month stage of eating crayons and toothpaste anytime we left them out. Yuck!
We drew on David's driveway one beautiful afternoon.
Scotty's RSV smiles. So grateful that's over and that his little 6 week old body fought it off like a champ!
Ring light party in the closets!
This one is hilarious to me. Blurry purple sisters around Scotty. His face says it all.
Ashton is an awesome big brother. Lucy treats him like a parent and will actually hold his hand and listen to him. When the girls try to help her she ignores them or shoos them away.
One day I walked into theliving room to find this. See the cup of flowers? Well Ashton actually glued a fan on a long stick and was fanning her. It was awesome!
One of our Chuck E Cheese trips.

Happy Birthday in St George

David and I scheduled a visit to my parents new house in St George the first week of May. We haven't flown with 5 kids yet and it was hilarious to watch everyone already seated on the plane count the kids. We also got more than one, "Are they all yours?" comment. The kids were awesome on the plane and travel so well.
The Monday after we got there was my birthday. I can't remember the last time I've spent a birthday with my parents and it was perfect! When I woke up my Mom took me to get a pedicure and to the Gap.
Then Mandy and Jason drove up from Vegas to spend the day with us. We all went out to dinner and left 1 15 year old with 9 kids (I took Scotty) 6 and under. She was a champ!
I love this guy. He and my Dad took care of the kids so I could have some one on one time with my Mom. I literally came home one day to nurse Scotty and then left again. He's as good as it gets folks.
The farewell picture with Nana and Papa. We miss them already!
Since we had a 7am flight out of Vegas we got to spend the night at Mandy and Jason's house.
Boy cousins.
Only with a sister can you retake a picture 7 times and not feel self conscious.
Girl cousins!
Traveling back home! We woke the kids up at 5:30am and they still traveled so well. It's hilarious when I think about how stressed I used to get flying with only Ashton. Now we hop on a plane with 5 and don't even think twice.
