We've made it a habit of letting Ashton go to the bathroom on the big potty everytime we change his diaper before we put on a new one. He goes about 80% of the time and when he doesn't we're pretty sure it's just because he's got no liquid in him. His main motivation is the 2 skittles he gets afterwards. As he runs to the potty he says "Potty candy peepee candy Ashton candy". So we know he gets it. Anyway, he was sitting there on top of the toilet and wasn't going the other night so he asked for some water. When David handed him the water bottle he poured some into the toilet and said "Ashton, peepee YAY!" "Candy please".
We decided that being clever deserves a couple of skittles too.

that is so cute! Bindi has started telling us when she has to go so we started potty training her and she says, "potty canny." Ashton is one smart little boy!
